College Board releases new Trends in Higher Education Reports
The College Board has released its annual Trends in Higher Education reports. The reports - Trends in Student Aid and Trends in College Pricing - state that while the published tuition and fees of higher education institutions continues to rise more rapidly than the rate of inflation, the rate of increase has slowed. Total education borrowing hasalso declined by 8%.
