Oregon launches ABLE Savings Plan

The Oregon ABLE Savings Plan launched on December 6, 2016, and is available to residents living with a qualified disability diagnosed before age 26. The plan offers tax-free growth for savings up to $14,000 for eligible expenses, and contributions may qualify for a state tax deduction, and will not impact government benefits as long as the account stays below $100,000.
