South Carolina ABLE plan open for enrollment
SC ABLE launched on November 16, 2017 and is currently open for enrollment. The plan is a tax-free savings account for South Carolina residents living with disabilities. All contributions are 100% deductible from South Caroline state income tax and you can contribute up to $14,000 in 2017.
