Ohio issues RFP for additional investment managers

The Ohio Tuition Trust Authority has issued an RFP seeking non-Putnam investment options for its 529 savings program. The state agency intends to add index investment options to the current menu of Putnam-managed options. Responses to the RFP are due January 8, 2004, with an expectation that the new options will be available a few months thereafter.
