Wisconsin to reduce EdVest 529 fees
The Wisconsin College Savings Board has agreed to eliminate the $10 enrollment fee in the EdVest 529 savings program, and to reduce the state's administration fee from 15bps to 10bps. The changes are scheduled to take effect around April 1, 2004.
