State groups adopt revised disclosure principles
The National Assocation of State Treasurers and the College Savings Plans Network on December 2, 2004 adopted a revised set of disclosure principles for 529 plans. The major change to the "draft" disclosure principles adopted this past May is the elimination of the word "voluntary" before "disclosure principles." In addition, the new principles recommend that a summary of the key features of the program be included in the offering materials
